Thank you ladies for all your kind words. I just always hope and pray that my kids will be good and Godly at all times. Kristin, thank you for reminding me they always test their boundries. I really think that Tristan knows right from wrong and just got over emotional. I thought the emotions were only in girls.. Oh my. sooo not true.
Today, was kindergarten round up. That means Cody was registered. Wow. can't believe 2 out of 3 already school age. Where does the time go?
Saturday, Tristan will take his orange belt test in Karate. He is really starting to flourish. He is remembering combinations and everything. Now if he can just practice the discipline, self control, and remember the important things when the time arrises.. We keep reminding him our(Mine and Lonnies) favorite "I don't want any trouble!!"
Spring Break has started, and now we need to just keep all the kids busy. As long as this nice weather keeps up they can play outside. We all love the sunshine!! I know it is not supposed to last long. I noticed today that Cody was riding Tristans bike. He thinks he is sooo cool. That meant Tristan was left riding Codys bike. Quite a bit smaller. His knees were hitting the handles bars and everything. It was funny.
Tristan will go to Grandma and Grandpas and spend some time with his cousin and Grandpa fishing and hopefully kite flying at the beach. Cody hasn't decided if he wants to stay or not. I think once he finds out his cousin is there, he may just change his mind.
Kristin, I have to tell you... I tried your ever so cute line yesterday with Cody.. "would you like to buy me a coffee today, Cody" My response wasn't so great. I got. "NO, mom, you have some here at home!!" Guess he is my budgeter. haha Oh well, I could only hope.
As you can see, I have a late night theme going on these blogs. I am tired and better go to bed.
good night all.. Thanks again for all the encouragement.

School Trouble
I have got my first taste of "trouble at school" Last Thursday, I get a phone call from Salem Keizer Public schools. With everything going around, I figure Tristan is sick. Onl,y last time I got that phone call, as any good mom would do, I ran down to the school and brought him home. Only to hear. "Mom, I am hungry...... Can I go out and play?" Obviously, he doesn't really feel sick. After talking about the situation, I find out he was afraid he would get in trouble for talking to these other kids that just won't leave him alone. (I am sure they didn't do all the talking) So, where would he get the idea, to play sick. First grade is a little early for that!
Anyway, off the subject just a bit. Back to Thursday. I told him if he ever did that again, I would not come and get him.. Getting my speech ready.... It is not the office, but the Counselor. Tristan has been sent to the Counselors office for FIGHTING!! I can't believe it... I am mortified. Not my Tristan. Melodramatic and extremely emotionalmaybe, but fighting, no way. The counselor told me that no one remembers who threw the first punch!! He had to stay in the office as what the call in-school suspension, while the other kid was sent home. Tristan told me later that the other kid gets in trouble all the time. Phew! relief, probably a huge mis understanding. Until Friday....
The phone rings... Salem Keizer Schools... "Hello, Wende this Mr. (can't remember his name) counselor again.. I have Tristan in here today for a confrontation with a GIRL!!!"" Now what? We have talked many time about respecting girls, no hitting, let them go first etc..
Tristan says, it is never his fault and It always involves someone cutting in line.
Yikes.
Any one know of any good anger management, or emotional techniques.. Cody is the brute most of the time at home.. I think I am in for a world of hurt!!
At least I had a wonderful weekend in Newport with Just Lonnie and me. No stress, no schedule. Very nice. Now back to reality..

The Blogging World
Ok, so everyone says this is the thing to do. So here I am ready to Blog. All set up and..... nothing real interesting to say.
My life just doesn't seem as interesting as everyone else's does. I have three kids, love them to death, and they are keeping me busy. The boys are in Karate and getting ready to begin T-ball for Cody and Baseball for Tristan. They also want to take on Gymnastics and I plan on getting Tabitha started as well.
Cody is quite the class clown, so I decided we waited to late to start getting him involved, won't make that mistake again.
Tabitha will be going to pre-school next year. Yes, it is early, but she already knows the school and the teachers. The teacher said the minimum age is 2 1/2 as long as they are potty trained, or at least well on their way. We have got that covered so off she will go.
Wow, one in Kindergarten, one in 2nd grade and the baby in pre-school. What will I do with my mornings?????
My Mom has a strange relationship with bears and raccoons. Her emails and pictures are quite entertaining. I think I will have to get her into the blogging scene also. She always was good at story telling and this kind of journalism.
I think that is good for my first Post. I will have to take a peek at the MOPS log and put my 2 cents in there if need be.
Good night.
